Don't want to set up an account or download another app but still want a modern payment option? Here are some quick ONE time pay options:

➡️ Call one of our main office numbers 361-771-4400 or 979-245-3029 and press option 7 to pay with our automated billing system (IVR). Due to PCI compliance requirements, our CSRs can longer take payment information over the phone.

Looking for a more traditional way to pay your bill? Here are some offline options:

➡️ You are always welcome to stop by any of our offices and make your payment in person with the assistance of our staff during business hours. If you're on the go, you can also use the drive-through at our Bay City location or conveniently submit your payment after hours using the night-drop box at our Edna location.

➡️ Mail in payments. We still accept payments via mail; however, please consider the speed of mail service. You are at the discretion of lost or late mail.
